im new to this turbo seen. I have always wanted a turbo car, becasue i think the sound of the BOV is just beautiful . Anyways i know the basic of all motor, and i dont know jack **** about turbo. My ride is a 95 civic cx hatch, and its got a 98 b16 swap thats completely stock, all she got is dc 4-1 headers, and intake with 2 1.4 exaust piping. My ?? is how much u guys think i would have to spend on just a turbo and install. I wanna leave the motor stock dont got the money to do internal work. ALso can someone like my self to this install. The biggest thing ive done is a clutch swap in my car. was pretty straight forward with the helms If u guys can tell me what is needed to turbo my girl i would really appreciate it. Or if i got to search what should i shearch for

 

research a lot, there is soo much useful info on this board (use SEARCH). prepare yourself to spend more money than you want to because you will! also you dont know what you are gettin your self into..my $.02

 

search turbo related parts I.E install of certain parts...etc...
The install is pretty strait forward most anybody can do it...
Most kits run about $3k for that engine...
Do a s much research as you can to learn everything that you can about forced induction...it you don't know what your doing or the effects of what your doing then don't even bother with the turbo your just setting yourself up for failure....

Boosting is cool and all, but make sure you know what you're getting yourself into. A proper setup isn't exactly cheap and it can lead to many other problems with your engine later on. It's expensive!
