I have ditched the Apexi AVC-R, cause I was not able to get constant boost and I realy hated to adjust the boost with the feackin duty cycle setting percentes. This kinda sux!
Th eGreddy Profec B is so easy to set. One thing I miss a bit is the gear dependend boost setting of the Apexi, but when I do DRAGing, I will press the select button on the Greddy from low to high boost after I switch into 3rd gear.
PS: I could experiment with both controllers, just hook them up in line

Did you tap the charge pipe before the throttle body like in the directions when you hooked up the profec b? I have heard that you don't really have to do that. Has anyone tried hooking it up both ways? Which way gives more consistant response?

I have kooked it up at the compressor housing @ the turbo, like my AVC-R was. Pretty constant boost....go to Greddy.com and download the instruction...the charge pipe is mounted at the compressor side of the turbo there, while in the instruction of the Greddy Profec B box is before the throttle body.
