where can i find a 3in flex pipe for good price

The cheapy stuff can be found on the napa site for dirt cheap. I think something around 8-13 bucks. This is the same stuff as the braided--thats what the braid is surrounding. I myself am deciding which to buy. I hate it when money is an issue--it always is though.....
