I dont know exactly waht it is called, but when I had to take off my intake, I needed to remove that black 3 way tube. One end of it goes to the valve cover, one end goes to somewhere in the throttle body, and the other end goes to the engine. I know I need to take off the valve cover part and replace it with a small filter, but what about the other 2 points? what do I plug it up with or do I put a filter on those too?? im really confused. Thanx for the help

 

thats a coolant line. you need to connect it with a hose. and yes the valve cover can get a breather filter.

 

You should connect that coolant hose to the throttle body.
