Default whats the best oil for a daily driver R

hey whats the best oil for my 00 type r i have 64 thousand miles i was using moble 1 fully synthetic. i heard that it was not the best for a type r motor what is????????? is the oil that they sell at Honda the best??

I use Mobil1 5w-30,

,y motor is built and boosted tho

Royal purple user here, since I switched about 2 oil changes ago I noticed a lot less oil consumption as compared to when I use Mobil 1, it is more expensive though, but worth it IMO

I run amsoil because my shop sellls it (10w30) but my first choice would be royal purple. You cant go wrong with either.

As for being expensive try filling my truck up, 14liters
