I mix 9 parts motor oil with 1 part canola oil and a teaspoon of 3 in 1 for added lube.

For a stock bottom end I would recommend looking on your oil cap or in the owner's manual.... those Honda guys know a thing or three about engines.

Straight milk. If it does a body good think what it does for your motor.

I use Amsoil 10w40 full synthetic. My bottom end has forged pistons and is a little looser than a stock cast one. It is also boosted. I have had good luck with Amsoil-I use it in the following vehicles:
2000 ITR 9psi boost.
2001 Ford Expedition 4x4.
2002 Stingray 200cs Powerboat.

Castrol GTX 5w-30. I used to go to my local Acura dealership and get them to do it. But my hook-up that did it for next to nothing quit.

It depends on a lot of things. First, how many miles do you have? Do you burn any oil? How often do you change your oil?

If you have a high mileage engine and burn 1-1.5 quarts every 3000 miles, than a heavier oil would be better. Perhaps a 10w40 or 20w50 castrol high mileage oil.

If you burn excessively, like more than 1.5 quarts overy 3000 miles, you should definately be using 20w50 and don't waste your money on synthetic. No need to spend more money on oil that is not staying in your crank case.

If you burn minimal amounts of oil (less than 1 quart every 3000) and change it often (3000 or less), 5w30 honda oil will be fine. If you change it less frequently, you can use a synthetic like Mobile 1 5w30.

I am a hypocrit because I change the oil in my ITR engine swap every 2500-2800 miles with Mobile 1 5w30. I also flush a quart through the engine once the crank case is drained before putting the drain plug back in. At $5/quart, it gets expensive to use Mobile 1.

As a side note, the biggest difference that I noticed when I went from conventional 5w30 to Mobile 1 5w30 is that I burned less oil. My engine has about 35k on it. When I used conventional oil and drove my car hard, I could burn 1 quart every 3000. With Mobile 1, I usually only burn 1/4 quart every 3000. I don't know, there is something about 8500 rpms that just makes oil disappear.
