Im almost positive there are people running d series with the DA knuckles. I would say just put the dust rings back on and you'll be fine. wouldnt it be just like running d series EX knuckles?

So you really just need to know if DA axles will fit into a D series?
I believe Si axles will work with DA knuckles and vice a versa.. not sure what your swapping in though.. also not 100% on any of this. I just know with a bseries, DA axles or Si axles with Si or DA knuckles. either or. Should really look around and do some research myself on what works with what.

Interesting shift *****.. Definitely unique.. any opinions?

I'm pretty sure you can't use DA axles with a D series trans because of the int. shaft.
But it's been a while since I have seen a D series assy.

My question is becuase of the different in hub size and spline count on the DA knuckles what D series axles will work if any so I can keep my DA brakes and hubs

yup, said it b4 I could. and to the other question, no you can't run DA axles with a Dseries transmission. The inner spline count is irrelevant since the axle length itself would be the first problem you run into since the Dseries doesnt run a 1/2 shaft on the driver side. I'd love to see an attempt at making a driver side Bseries axle fit into ANY Dseries trans for that matter

to my knowledge dx ex and si all work hf and standard are the smaller hubs due to the lower horsepower engines

Picked up a 88 DX Wagon last night with 107,000 miles for cheap. Needs a radiator and has some bad rust. Hopefully make it my new daily once i get it running better. Has manual everything except it has A/C, although it doesn't work but hoping to change that.

For anyone with a bike and a garage.. 82% off on this bike mounting thing a ma jig... my buddy has a similar one and its pretty nice, guess you could mount other things with it too..
http://www.gearheaddeals.com/2011/07...nt-bike-hoist/ For 10$.... worth a shot.

Already have one free weekend with NASA-SE and hope to have a one or two more free weekends before the year is out. next year is shaping up nicely.
