The hits keep coming. Swapped on my summer wheels "15x8"s and now they rub like a **** since rear teg trailing arm/disc swap UGH. I am getting to the point of giving up, guess camber kit and possible fender roll is in my future

SUCKS

Hey man, dont give up.. your one of the only EF's I look forward to seeing in Englishtown!
I am not positive about the differences, but I know that although the teg trailing arm fits on EF's the RTA bushing itself is different and that may just be throwing things off that little bit. A camber kit may help with that. Im shocked that you had 15x8's with no fender roll in the first place! Could always just go with some new wheels and go a little less aggressive!

I must have lucked out before, I had 15x8's with 195 tires, no camber kit and no fender rolling "though the fender is cut back a bit". with the DX rear control arms.

I am wondering if its not really the control arm length causing the issue or more the camber since the Teg arms have been installed. The camber seems to look like it is more positive then negative compared to the way it was. As mentioned the bushing are different on the Teg arms wonder if that could be throwing it off as well....hmpf

I just ordered skunk 2 camber kit for the rear, will see how that works out, may need to throw more negative camber in

You need to use the civic components the rta bushing isn't the issue unless it was not pressed in fully or pressed in too far. What your issue is, is the fact that you are using the longer integra compensator arm and that is why you are rubbing and have positive camber.

I am actually using the Civic compensator arms

I wouldnt say its positive now, but more...correct/flat, before it was negative camber with the old Civic control arms arms, I need slight negative camber to make them work, and it appear the Teg arms have changed that somehow or push out a tiny bit more then the drum setup

If your using civic components i cant see why it would mess up the geometry. Dont forget you have to use all of the civic stuff, toe, camber, and control arms.

You could always get a rear camber kit to dial in some negative camber. As long as the toe in/out is within spec to where the car can be aligned properly that is the biggest thing. Camber is easily correctable with a camber kit.

Can you explain how that works with the toe? The more you adjust camber the more toe will go out?
