i moved to a new place that lets me work on my crx now, so im really going to wrap up some projects on it. The 450whp was done as a late night skunk works project lol.

Photo drop. An old friend of mine and I went for a long awaited cruise together for the first time in our ef's (weve owned different cars in the past) Man if felt good cruising with a fellow old skooler. We kinda just pulled over, so it wasnt really a proper shoot. Here we go anyway;










Nice rides dude... Always good to have a good bud to go cruise with, when you have similar cars, makes it even better. I really dig the shots even if they were quickies.. I had a "wtf" moment though on pics 3 and 5... some people are so ****ed up. graffiti is one thing. racist people are so ignorant. sorry... awesome EF's!
Man...I had to do a double-take with that white CRX above. It looks a hell of a lot like my old CRX, which I sold to a guy in Canada a couple years ago.

its a sleeved 84mm 2L, portflow head, sk2 pro2 cams, somewhere around 12:1 compression, and a crazy custom intake manifold.
not sure if it REALLY made 240 WHP, as a final dyno tune/intake manifold/header combo wasnt done.
it made 220 whp i belive, on a stock ITR manifold/cheap small header.
its got a monster SMSP now, and the monster manifold, and had to add about 10% fuel to get the AFRs the same, so its "estimated" at 240.

I'm planning on building my next ls/vtec the same way, it'll be at home in my '89 rex.
My ls is 82mm 11.5:1 with Crower 404's. Put down 174whp with a restrictive exhaust and really banged up DC 4-2-1. Im retuning it with rdx injectors amd a better exhaust setup soon. I just want to break 180. Lol
Where did you have your car dynoed?
I'm running tuner stage 3 skunk2 cams with itr pistons, s2 manifold, hytech replica header and full greddy Evo2 cat-back with no cat and my 290cc obd2 prelude injectors are just fine for the 198hp I made at RLZ.
I paid $35 shipped for my 290's and I bet the rdx's will be quite a bit more. I say save some money and get the 290s, and a better header and exhaust and you'll see 180 I bet
I used RC 310's on it last time. Duty cycle was near max i think. The rdx have a superior spray pattern so im hoping i get a small power boost from them. The rdx ones are only about $37/ea. I also had my 70mm tb bore matched to my Blox IM this time around.

I would probably think this to be a "jerk" plate normally but damn, after the 10+ years of ownership of CRXs and the 6 I've owned.......I've more than earned the title, lol.
