I've been getting the crx itch again lately. Found this today. Thought it was pretty cool next to the hybrid bastard successor.

 

lol...i dislike have to use my forum name, but it's the name people associate me with. people know i flag and imagine my surprise as i'm flagging T1 at VIR and someone yells out their car "what's up BLU CIVIC!" lol...turned out to be forum member on here

well looks like that October VIR event that i was going to drive isn't going to happen. no monies. wife retired to start her own business, new house with new bills, and the kids. my car isn't even in the vicinity of major importance. but atleast my flagging has been worth it...have free weekends with NASA-SE and will probably do CMP in October. i'll still try to do the hyperdrive and circuitcross at VIR though

i spent 2 hours putting one door's weatherstrip and mouldings and handle back on correctly. what a pain the first time you do it. looks like an OEM door though. just the way i wanted.

anyone have an 90-91 hatch corner lights sitting around that look good? OEM or clear (i'd amber-paint them)...

mine suck so much...and its a showcar for 12 hours this month, so i thought i'd clean up the headlights. haha

 

we should seriously do an ef meet of the members in this thread only lol. i think it would awesome if we all met (no homo)

Yep, I lurk from time to time. Haven't been doing any work on the KRX lately, but I'm about to start. You could say I've been being lazy, but really I've been anything, but. As soon as this cycling season is over I am taking a break, and putting in some work on the car.

finished putting weatherstrip and mouldings/bumpers/sideskirts on last night.



gotta change wheels, level out ride height, clean it, and touch up some enginebay/rollcage paint before wekfest. its good enough for me though. lol

really like how the skirts turned out. gonna make some mudflaps also...gotta keep the rocks/tire crap out of the door jamb. its rediculous. now that one is repainted, i NEED to do that. made up my mind that i'm repainting the other side just as i did this one too. probably do that this fall/winter. then its all repainted

 

i need my paint to look good

That doesn't look bad. you should clear coat the whole thing now. Make sure all the rust gets coverage though or it will turn into cancer.

 

Oh no, that is NOT mine!!! Another guy cruising around the Sedan Squad thread. But as soon as I read his comment concerning "rusted to heck 4 doors", that was the first image that popped in my head. IF I ever built a rat-rod, it wouldn't be anywhere close to that extent.
