Flying out of JFK (NY's biggest airport) to Austin Texas Friday... I will be prepared to land the plane myself! ****ing Canadians! haha.

On an EF tip, Im sure most of us have yanked the singles out of there ef's... I was wondering what most have done with em'? Mine was an si to start so it has a little extra pep to it. Ive had the motor apart just collecting dust.. cant decide to sell or refresh it and just save it as a cheap replacement, im sure selling it with trans and everything included wouldnt even net me 350$ but about 100$ in gaskets would clean it up. just wondering what routes ya'll went in with your old set-ups.

Refresh and keep it, you never know. Mine personally, had a snapped T-belt and it was an old D15B2... not worth saving, practically gave it away

Ouch! FYI, I'm saving for a hans device right now since my helmet is expired. Have you thought about doing the same Blu?

Catching a tire in the dirt or on the strips while braking or turning is the main ingredient for disaster. Is the dude okay? I saw the side curtain airbag go off.

700 installed is a good deal! nice! Thats what I see them going for Jolly(without trans) There isnt much to do with it besides leave it stock, cant see myself dumping a couple 1,000 into a single when I have 2 B's. I guess I should just take the 250-300$ offers.

Nice Vid BlU! well nice footage.. shitty story. Safety is #1.

i just bought a really nice G-force 2005-rated helmet (brand new) for so cheap...

highest burn rating, the automotive one, Hans fittings (i use an Issac H+N, but use the hans
mounts), etc, for 130 shipped.

i dont want an 2010 rated helmet. i'll keep it for 10 years then, and it'll be an old stinky helmet.

i want a cheap 2010 when the 2015s come out in 5 years. MINT

RIGHT when the 2010s came out...a shop wanted to clear out as many as possible.

it was a 400$ helmet or something normally.

many places still have racks of 2005's , just look around. and like i said, i'd much rather have a helmet 5 years than 10! a few of the local track rats look at it the same way, but most people just GOTTA HAVE that 2010.

Agreed. I do wear a balaclava so that helps with the stank. I'm going to start shopping for a '05 helmet a.s.a.p. I'm hoping to find one that's HANS ready, but if not, it's seems fairly straight forward to install.

Soo, i was removing the driver side rear brake line, and the hard line above the fitting, where it enters the interior broke from corrosion. Do i have to replace the whole hard line to the prop valve or can I somehow cut out the bad line and fit some new line in there?

If you don't want to replace the whole hardline then yes you could cut the tube stick on a new fitting flare it and add a new section of tubing where its now missing.

my fuel pump is sometimes making weird noises (walbro 255, been in there for like, 8 years.)

i'm going to replace it so it doesnt kill track time for me.

while its out, i want to make it replaceable from the top (inside the car like an EG)

anybody seen it done?

Replace it man, contact classic tubes, they are in my area and make new oem lines for a decent price. Or do you brake tuck now, but if they are rusted i wouldnt mess around tbh its brakes..

All you need to so is add a piece of pipe where your pump was so it gos to the intake filter like normal pull then want an online fuel pump and you can place it wherever however the closer to the tank the better. I remember reading about this a good while back if I had he site id link it up for you.
