Became a family man. no time for projects, no time for a crx, no time for my s2000 anymore. i miss workin' on cars, but i love my fam. gotta find something that all of us can do together. and out of all of my thoughts, its been camping, fishing, outdoors stuff. who knows!?
NO problem with that man! being outdoors rocks, and doing that stuff with your kids is priceless.
Yeah, ya just got to find a balance though, my kids are teens now and the car hobby
has come into play and is a big hit with two of them, and they are girls too,,,,,who knew?

Ryan talked me into rebuilding my A6 instead of taking the chance on a ZC. At least this way it'll still be a USDM block with new gasket kit water pump etc. I'm doing a super-light rebuild...just replacing rings and rod bearings. Will inspect pistons Friday night when we pull the motor.

sounds like a plan, "the crow".
I plan on going there in winter with my new CRX. My mom lives in Prescott and I plan on driving up there and skiing what I could only imagine being horrible conditions.
Any ideas where fender flairs can be had? I need to get some wider wheels, these 205 have zero traction in the cold. Last night i was burning rubber till 5th gear only @ 12psi
i just put a big set of flares on my hatch...
got them secondhand from an SCCA racer.
they fit ok.... i basically modded the car to fit. waiting to get some monster from street meats...running 215's now.

yeah i know, been looking but no dice. Also been looking into seats. Any one sit in a recaro pole posistion? Im a decent size guy (6'2 245lbs 36 waist) want something that will fit me. gotta get some wedge brackets too... so much to do.
Isuggest that you DONT get anything jdm for obvious reasons
Bu they pretty much fit the same in the shoulder area and cushion all the same except on the profi but you can swap those out.
lol truth...
I think i want a bucket, so i can run a harness and autopower. Vega where u get the hook up on the recaros? Does anyone run the wedge brackets and if so does it sit lower htan stock. I dont need the sliders i only setup my car for me.

Just got my pedals welded, sonem bracket on, everything set-up to go back in.. but the top of the sonem bracket is hitting the support part above the steering shaft below where the cluster would be.. Am I supposed to just dent it in with a BFH?!?! I havent seen anything about modifying anything.
