High idle can be all sorts of things, inlcuding probably the most common, a vacuum leak. For starters, post a picture of your vacuum line set up so we can verify thats all in order. Also, the FITV (your b16a may or amy not have one, located beneath the throttle body) can fall out of adjusment which can also cause idle issues.

Word. Check those vacuum lines. Does idle fall when you step on brakes? Just curious.

Shes cute nick.

Since we are on the subject, I have some mushy brakes. The feeling is similar to having too small a master cylinder, but I know thats not the case, as it is 15/16 with stock brakes. It has stock brakes and newly bled fluid. The only thing I can think of is that the booster is on the way out.

Perhaps. How did you bleed? Bleeding in the correct sequence can make a difference. On our cars, it's actually not furthest from the MC first. It's FL, RR, FR, RL.

It sounds like it would be a pain in the ***, you would have to rig something up to keep the pedal down so you could tighten the bleeder without letting air back in.

There are speed bleeders though, thought about giving them a try but not sure if they are safe haha.

They sell those power bleeders...some guys use them with success. I dunno. I need to figure something out. I always have to call up skinny chicks to come over and help since the few buddies I have in this town are too fat to fit in my seat.

I use a vacuum set up. 1 man deal, works perfect. Only downside is you need a decent sized compressor in order to keep up.

Yup. I hate that thing. I've always wondered why Honda only used them on certain vehicles/engines.

use a clean brake fluid bottle with some fluid in it already and run a vacuum line from the bleeder into the fluid on the bottle. Loosen the bleeder and go pump the brakes. rinse and repeat.
