hey thats a nice set up, its not a 12cm thats the second smallest next to the 9cm which
came on hy35. its will say 14cm on the casting somewhere, but are you see full boost at 6000 or its not spooling until then. the 14cm is like 63-70a/r your best bet is get the bullseye turbine housing and your power band will start around 4000 i think drumking has the 14cm on his check out some of his posts. you might be running a 18or19cm housing but spend 200 bucks on the bullseye housing well worth it.

The new 4/5 bolt stainless steel turbine housings will be cut for the HX40 or H2C. If I could find 10 people that wanted those housings I can push to get them done faster.

Excellent.. Just let me know. With the BEP housings you should spool around 3000-3500 rpms.

I know this has been covered before, but how do you weld the internal wastegate closed in a HX35?

If its in this thread, someone please tell me which page or link it.

lol. we'll see how it works out. Id rather get full boost by 3500. then to get it at 6000 . But as i said we'll see what happens. i just looked at mine today and it said 21 on it. i hope that doesnt mean 21cm^2. haha.

you do know i said 1970 351w block, not 1990 5.0 roller right???

the 5.0 rollers are the ones that split easily, havent found too many 351w blocks that are split.(i have heard of a few though)

ive heard between 700-1000 is the hp limit, although i would "believe" 650-800 is more realistic.

Oh, my bad. Guess I should of read the whole post. You should put an SVO 2.3L Turbo in there. LOL. No, really though, you should get the 5 lugs off the SVO. Cause rear disc is better.

its already been converted to 5 lug, via moser 31spline rear axles, drum though. got other stuff to buy first, like heads, dist, upper intake, maf, injectors, etc etc. to worry about rear disc right now.

there are alot of ppl that do a 2.3 turbo with a c4, but the fastest guy ive seen ran like 11.69 or something.

The H2C is the biggest Holset turbine wheel that can fit the BEP housing.

What size wastegate where you using and how high were you reving your motor? If you are reving to 9K+ rpms and don't have a 44mm external wastegate then the back pressure can get a little high. You powerband still rocks though.
