yeah, 300-350 whp stock motor.15-18 lbs So you think that would be a good turbo? Is it a T3 flange? Also how quick do you think it will spool up?

w/ a decent flowing setup...aka mani & exh...and also probably a slight increase in cam...well in the 3k range...i spool my tiny 12cm housing at about 4200rpm...so easily in the 3range w/ a decent setup...traction will be your problem....prelittlelude is a great buddy of mine and he's got something a lil smaller than mine but it spools nice...he's running a h22/f22 vtec...w/ boost...best of all worlds...you should look into it...w/ alight chassis and mild boost the car hauls....he'd be running a holset if i could get one to fit...but f22 block does help...and cant hate on the huge stroke and iron sleeves

had i not built my motor somewhat...id be buildin a f22/h22 vtec and running it in my dc2 chassis...they haul azz

Well its going to be going into a Del Sol. Do you know if they make aftermarket head bolts for the F22B1???? Im actually going to go look at the motor and tranny later today. I choose the F22B1 since everyone where I live will think I just got another D16Z6 turbo. Also the compression is like 8.8:1 stock.

you said Hx35? what about the HX35W? Is there a big difference?

pending on power goals and mods i would use the 35 with 12cm this as you add mods you can keep the same turbo. standard hx35 is good for 450-5+ hp pending mods and if you like to see decent spool times go with a 3-4inch dp and make a 4inch inlet pipe

The Bullseye Power Turbine housing would allow you to get your spool down. IT has a .55 A/r that has put down over 600whp before. They can accept the HX35W (not the HX35Y it has a v-band that holds the center section to the turbine housing.) which is a newer version of the H1C. They use the same housing.

And the Bullseye Housing will also fit the HX40 or H2C. I have seen the HX40 on a B18 motor at 18 psi make 430whp. Spooling around 3000rpms. If you are going to really rev your motor (9Krpms+) then I do recommend a fairly big (40mm to 44mm) external wastegate to help control the boost.

its a stock ls with a WH1C...i think the housing might actually be a 12cm one not really sure...is there any way i can tell? it has a divided inlet t3 flange...there's some numbers on the housing if that means anything...my bro said he saw a 14something on there but couldn't find it myself with it cramped in the engine bay...here's a pic of the set up
