Got off the phone with the guys at the GpopShop.

Looks like my H1C is going to them to get rebuilt with a HX40 compressor wheel and a .63 a/r exhaust housing.

Costs about 400 all said and done, not a bad deal.

Anyone want to buy my brand new GM9 Turbo?

So a Holstet is Honda specific? Heh.

I was part buying for a honda project... and now I'm going to apply them to a mazda rwd project... don't just liquidate

well, i plan on going with a 5.0 fox body mustang, dont think the hx35/1c will be big enough,(maybe for 350hp,remember exhaust flow), i will probably be looking for a hx40 or hx50 when i get a fox. im selling out of everything honda.

im keeping my 38mm tial for my new project. i have to sell the bov, cause it isnt recirculating(foxes have a maf), have to sell the injectors, cause i only have 4 and they are 680cc's, etc.etc.

"I will also be running a Holset! An h1c with the small comp housing and 9cm/2 exh housing, which is known to be the older brother of the hx35.... I found this gem on ebay from a great seller.H1C, 315 shipped brand new in the box w/ gaskets and oil fitting included! The compressor housing is a bit small, and I would have expected the wheel to be a bit bigger for an h1c, but nonetheless it should work nicely. Inducer/exducer on this one is around ~1.77"/~2.83", 2.5" inlet, 2.5" vband...

Turbo in comparison is a t3/t04e 57 trim w/ a stage 3 wheel and .63ar"

I've seen some wicked fox bodies running twin HX35s. Makes for a lot easier exhaust manifold design too.

so you think twin hx35s will be better than a single hx40 or 50?

would you recommend the 18cm housings? the only other option i have is 12cm.

cause i think i could get another turbo just like the one i want to sell, for free.

here is a pic of what i have, i can come up with the turbo with the smaller wheel, and the small comp outlet for free, i would have to buy the larger wheel and comp housing, its only like 2mm.

If anyone is selling a 14cm housing for the HX40, I would be very interested.

Part number 4030559 according to holset - t3 style inlet, 78mm v-band discharge, 14cm^2

find me a 4" pipe cheaper than $100 and ill change it...works like a charm too...pull out the lights...and i see a good iat drop also....help keep it quite too...contemplating running my bov reciculating into the box to quite it down a bit...

only thing left to do is get some more dei wrap and cover it to prevent heat soak further...a/w a lot of my upgrades are heat related...if i keep heat outa the air the better off i am...

btw good deal

I just bought 95cxh22a's HX35 that came with 2 size compressors. Will the smaller one allow for both A/C and P/S? I need to know of a manifold that puts the compressor on the passenger side too.

Yeah, but I'm not paying $1200 for a manifold.

So does anyone else know of a cheaper manifold that allows for AC and PS with a HX35 with the compressor?

My HX40 arrived yesterday.

I just placed an order for one of bullseye power's turbine housings to pair up with it.

So if anyone is interested in an 18 cm^2 turbine housing for an HX40, let me know.
