How do I know what cm the housing is? I see no stampings. Also, I have a hy30 that has a bent shaft. The exhaust is small in comparrison to the hx35. Can it be swapped over to the hx35 for a hy/hx hybrid?

Considering I cnc milled the flanges and did all the fab work myself I definitely think so.

I have a holset H1E w/ either the 19 or 21 cm housing. Is that going to be too big for my 2.5L Vigor? I'm reading about alot of people putting 16 and 18 cm on a 1.8 and 2.0, so I'm thinking I should be ok, but just wanted some second opinions.
Second question: My compressor blade has a chip in it. Where can I get a replacement compressor wheel or what other wheel will be able to be substituted? HX40?

You could get a thanks if those #'s were defnitely accurate. You will see many different AR #'s quoted. I would not take those as the bible. Holset T3 divided14,16,18.5cm housings have even been quoted to be from .70+ A/R for the 14cm to .90+A/R for the 18.5cm housing. I even have ALL three, plus two Garret divided turbine housings(one a T3 .84 A/R and a T4 .70A/R )in my possesion for comparisson. Those #'s are WAY off.

anybody heard of a hx35g? I just ordered one on egay the other day and I think I am going to do a little parts swap with the hx40w and the hx35g.
I am thinking the hx35 internals with its exhaust housing(it said it was 16cm) and use the hx40 compressor housing. what do you think? This will be going on a eagle rod and vitara piston d16 with fully built head.
