dl the manuals from http://www.holset.com
They have a suggested min and max psi. They probably suggest it for a reason. I'm sure you could get away with more than they suggest, but for how long I wouldn't like to find out. Use an oil restrictor or valve to throttle the pressure. here is what I will be using:

Any small ball or needle valve would work just fine. This one is rated @ 2000psi!! It also has compression inlet and outlet so I can bend some ss tubing to feed it. Man I love working at a power plant.

I don't have the factory oil feed line to go off of. Does anyone know what fittings to get for the H1C Holset?

Hehe, I'll see what I can do.

Does this one look better?? This one is rated the same, but is 3/8 npt and brass.

These things cost a grip.

I know I asked this before, but how is the oil supply line set up on the cummins diesel? If there is some kind of restrictor on the diesel, we could just get that..

As soon as I can get my car to work I will be bending some ss tubing to use on the ss vavle. I had the tubing feeding my last turbo, man it looks clean like that! I'm gettin a chubby just thinkin about it.

Oh, and we have just about every npt to compression fitting/transition that you could think of. All stainless to. Nice stuff.

I got my turbo on. I currently don't have a downpipe, but it runs. I had to rotate my turbo 180 degrees to get it to fit because it hit the block. As far as the oil fittings go, I had to do some fabrication. I used and old Greddy SOHC feed line and got a 3/8" flare nut and tapped it to fit the 10 X 1.25 banjo bolt. It works pretty well, no leaks and doesn't look bad either.

if they fit inbetween the firewall, lol.

or you could do what k motor did and mount the turbo ontop of the tranny and make a custom mani

Sorry, we don't have any -an stuff, all npt and compression. No need for -an here.

HTV header coating. It is supposed to be baked on or heat cycled while on your car. I baked it in our rod oven here at work, lol. Three stage bake, first 250 deg F, then 400 deg F and lastly 600 deg F (though I only did this one @ 550 because the rod oven couldn't go any higher. Did all of this last night @ work.

Thanks. It turned out just how I wanted. I am not one for flashy stuff on my car. Its just a black 95 coupe on black rota slipstream (I know, I know, old *** rims), was thinking of getting the black gab replicas, but would rather spend the money to make my **** fast. I'm having my ic anodized black as we speak. Function over form, but I do like the stealth look. I think subconsciously I am just a knight rider wannabee, oh well. My ride = No stickers, no wing (but I am a sucker for a nice type r or mugen lip), no chrome, no big *** tach. Dunno, just my wierd taste.

Yeah, that's the tool I used. I think it's a craftsman. It is from my work, I'll find out for sure when I'm back on shift. They prolly got it from mcmaster or grainger, we have accounts with both of them.

Looks very nice. Did I read that you might have the HX35 (not HY) compressor map? If so could you hook me up. Not a Honda turbo driver but a Cummins turbodiesel with a stock HX35W. Trying to figure out my efficiency range and whether or not I will benefit from running more boost. Have just intake/exhaust/slightly larger injectors and a chip now, putting down about 300 RWHP, 700 RW lb. ft. of torque? Haven't hit the dyno yet.
