Thats the plan, leave the stock lines and just flare them to adapt to AN. Im just unsure if I should cut the line inside the car and run it to a bulkhead (to stick out the firewall) or leave it as it is sticking out through the grommet. Using the bulkhead gives me that one connection inside the car (which is what I wanted to avoid).. but thats the point of a bulkhead. I may just be a little over cautious, I have seen people set up like that, doesnt mean its right/safe though.
Yeah, being spread apart is killing me! I want to run hard line on the passenger side so all the fluid (fuel, brake) lines run inside the car but as far away as possible. How do you feel about running new stainless line (say a bit bigger in 3/8 so -6an converts right over)?
I can then route them to wherever I like on the firewall as well. (and no need for a blue tube nut/sleeve in -5an!)

Hot Sauce- Not sure if you have this link but it explains alot of fuel stuff and I think gets to what the goal is. I think there is some talk of black fittings as well.

Anyway.... Im not really concerned with how to assemble them or what not.. its more detailed than that. Im being OCD with it is the problem.. Im talking about routing all new hardline and plumbing from the tank back. (if money wasnt an issue id replace the tank too!)
Will not be using compression fittings or anything like that either.. Flared lines, tube nuts and sleeves.. Im not just concerned with what people see.

Yeah, I have seen that for the last few years, thanks though... Its funny to look back at some of chase's old posts and see him asking questions about how to make the lines, what filter to use, and then he started selling them and made his own write up 2 months later..

Anyone know if re-routing a IAT sensor to the intake tube on our stock engine is a good idea? meaning if it will still work the same?

There's something wrong with my final drive. It's straight?
I'm so stoked to get the new trans back in and get it tuned. Can't wait to see the numbers.
