I have a B16 Del Sol half rad with the stock fan and shroud with an aluminum "shroud" where my a/c condenser used to sit to direct air to the radiator side. My car runs right where it should even sitting in traffic on 100+ degree days. I don't have an EF, but it's essentially the same stuff.

Yea I've got the dual core EG radiator with 10" slim fan and I can't use ac around town cuz it will overheat. Did the same thing when I used a half size mishimoto. I was thinking of adding a pusher to the front side offset location of the other one so more air gets pushed through the rad, but I have to tweak the hf bumper support I got first. It's bent or something, causing my bumper to fit like ****.

Yea I might put a stock fan on the radiator when I get a normal header again. The rmf interferes to much.

Hey guys. Quick questions regarding the ED and the EF plastic inner fender/bumper liners.

-Are the US spec and J spec the same or different?

I used USDM inner fender plastics on my 89 usdm hatch with ef9 front end. Everything fit perfect. I dont see why the 2 would be different..

OEM radiator with Kragen brand fan (always on with ignition) no problems

And there is no difference in the fender liner other the price people will put on it because it so called came from a "EF"

Oh yeah I have JDM under hood padding if anyone needs one

Okay so I fell victim to bad info. I just bought seats for my 89 ef si and they don't fit. I'm assuming they are 90 or 91 seats. I asked the guy 50 times if they were 89 seats he said they were but they are not. What are my options. I know I saw a thread a while back on what to do to make other seat fit an 89 but I can't find it anywhere. EF brethren please help me I'm super upset right now. Thanks in advance. P.S. I can't take the seats back the dude is 600 miles away.

Swap the seat pans. Your probably have to swap to bottom fabric as well. I did it with some jdms in my 90 hatch. Its not to much of a PITA. but always ask for pictures of the bottom of the seat brackets and you'll know if its for a 88-89 or 90-91

Yup I think I just have to wait until I go back down south to get my dough back. This **** is wayyyy too involved for me to be getting into. I guess I'll
just have to live with disappointment for the time being. Taking off the fabric
and then putting it back the same is a diffulcut task to say the least the little
clips in the bottom part of the seat can be taken out but I don't see how the hell you can put them back in and make it straight. I already tore my other seat to **** so at this point I'm jacked.

Need your opinion about what to do with my HOOD.

So my car is being painted.
I was thinking about getting rid of the spray nozzles on the hood & having it filled and painted over.

Then I could mount them on the front black windshield garnish so it would be less obvious. I would just run the hose line under the fender pull it up on the other side of the firewall where the wiper arms are.... has anyone tried this?

In reference to the traction bar discussion. I am considering upgrading from my Z-10 to this, after having the Z-10 for 7 years, and no problems other than having to replace heims once. IDK, I might just keep the Z10.

go to a junkyard and check out how an integra has theirs mounted. that might be something you could rig up.

the fender liners are different, anyone with an ed with sir front knows the fenderliners dont continue all the way to the bumper. Not that its a big deal but the sir front is an extra couple inches longer.

couple of inches??

That might be on the CRX but my ED hatch fenders line right up with my SiR bumper.

I think your talking about the hood and upper bumper piece. That sticks out like a 1/2-1 inch longer then the ED one

the curvature is different, we are talking a minor detail, but its infact different, will it work yes. If i go under my crx and take a pic u can see where the liner doenst meet wiht the bumper

Thanks man. This will be the first new years that I haven't worked in at least 10 years. So, I am definitely going to be enjoying for all its worth.
