yeah I sort of live in the hood.
I live in the middle of like really rich people, and ghetto.
We get the occasional oldsmobile going like 45 down my street then gets ditched at the dead end. Ends up being stolen.
Once I passed some kids smoking crack by the ditch, and there used to be a dude who lived in his car outside of his house.

Oh, New Mexico.

There's gangs, yeah.
They don't seem to be as hard core as in bigger cities, but there's definitely gangs here. I hear about them all the time.
It kind of seems like it's with the younger crowd though.

The thing about Albuquerque is that it's so spread out that you can pick and choose what you want to experience. It's actually really nice, but I think some people seclude themselves to one area and don't get a realistic sense of the city.

The Kosei's are cheaper, but the RP-F1's are lighter. Since I have the Kosei's on my EF, I'd say get the RP-F1's.

Anyone know of a good website to get snowboarding equipment/apparel at a decently inexpensive rate? I need a good jacket, goggles, pants and gloves.

This is where I got all my riding apparel. You just have to wait for good deals to pop up. Otherwise just go research around, everyone stays at around the same prices. Like sport Chalet, or small companies around local mountains.

Progress

You should email Adam at Weaksauce. Sometimes he can order whatever you want at a good price. He'll tell you if he can't or if it won't be a competitive price. Sometimes he'll hook up my EF homies with better prices if they mention my name. Keep in mind most parts have a very small markup, though. It's tough to make money in that business.
