anybody that reads Grassroots Motorsports Magazine....the 2009$ challenge coverages is in the newest one (37 pages worth!)......and our CRX, gutty, won the CRAP out of that competion this year......ifyou wanna check it out.....and it MIGHT be in another periodical shortly....(CROSSES FINGERS)

nah i still got it. its going thru a slight renovation right now. I dont have a build thread. I did most of it in this thread. I have dumped my photobucket account in a thread on my local forum.

You guys know the area where the hatch bolts to the chassis on the CRX? In the corners there is seam sealer or something there. Well, over the years my seam sealer there has cracked open. What should I do to repair this and what can I use as "seam sealer"? I would just clean it up and weld it all shut but I dont want to risk doing it with the car not level...I think this is the reason my hatch leaks so damn bad.
I use some 3m seam sealer, same stuff I used in the engine bay. Have not had a chance to fix the hatch (snow) but she is under a tarp. I have also heard that pulling up the roof molding (the black strip that runs on both sides of the roof) is a good idea as well, but im pretty sure there is no seam in there, not positive. Let me know what you find works best for you.. I wont be getting around to fixing it for at least another month.
Escaping the snow to California for about 20days next week.would love to make Wekfest, but the 8hour drive from San Diego is a little overkill. Anyone know of any shops, events, maybe even a meet in the SD or LA area?

Its 14 weeks till the spring meet... I think thats what I was thinking about... haha I dont believe I will be at the spring one.. But the Summer one fo sho!! hha wouldnt miss it.
