is there any way to tell ve looking at my valve that my valve seals were bad?

Not that I know of. If you go through the trouble of getting to your valves and stuff you might as well replace the seals. I made that mistake when I built my ls. I thought the seals would be okay since the guy I bought the head from said they were new. I know not to trust anyone now.

really wish i had the tools to work on my car...it would have been together and back on the streets 2 weeks ago...now i have to wait until the first of the year

I hear ya man, i built my b16a in my apartment then swapped it in my now exgf grandmothers back yard. It sucks but make the end SOOOO much more worth it. We do what we have to do

^^your right a little drop would make it look a lot better, still super clean. (not feeling the newer emblem, but thats just my opinion.)

never any under the hood shots? assuming all oem?

Just bought it stock like two months ago, so slammage is the next step for sure. It's not the traditional EF Si emblem, but I think it looks better up close/in person.

yeah, I like it. I mean, the traditional ones are dope, maybe I'll switch it up one day. But for now, I'm happy with it. I guess I'm just gonna have the civic that everybody loves to hate.

I was feeling the same way on the emblem. the new, closer pic makes it look better, but I still think it's a little big and curvey for a boxy little EF.

Shane, don't you still have those springs? Maybe pixie could buy them from you???
