And lemme tell you, some of them looked 10 times more beat than that black one!
They come out lookin mint...just look at the front one on my car.

Yeah I remember talking to you about this at the COC meet, its just hard for me to drive all the way up there to drop it off. I might try this bumper doc place down here in S.D. and see what they say about my front bumper that still has the grill in it. I'm running out of time so I may have to pay someone to fix it!

I used polyflex filler which is $30 a qt, SEM flexible primer/surfacer, and bulldog adhesion promoter before primering my rear bumper. The problem with plastic bumper repair is everything has to be wet sanded, even when filling. It makes it hard to see what you are doing. I had to prime 3 times with a **** load of sanding between coats to get everything smooth!

Try the bull dog next time. Clean the bumper really well then spray this stuff on. It eats into the bumper slightly allowing anything to stick to it. After I sprayed it on I could dig my fingernail into the plastic so melts it a little. Good ****!

Etch primer isnt supposed to be applied over filler. It has acid in it and can eat into the filler. It supposed to be applied over baremetal only.

I need the outside mirror block off plates.
Anyways, can someone please prevent me from throwing my car off the George motherfucking Washington Bridge? The car is vibrating like something on the chassis was loose. Took it to a shop to get it diagnosed and its the front motor mount. Cool, I changed it today and I still have that rumbling/chassis rattling. Seems to be coming from the drivers side. When I'm standing still if I rev it, I can hear it. When I'm driving same thing but stops once I start accelerating although I can still feel/hear it. Then when I'm decelerating it stops. Could this be an axle or LCA bushing? I'm not even joking, if this car acts up one more time I'm ******* drowning it

Anyone? Or should I start asking about taillights

Cause thats not what I want to do.
Everyone has personal preference I don't why it hard for people to understand that some people don't want to do the "in" trend or "whatever one else is doing"
I'm not buying JDM **** just because everyone else is doing it. I buying them because I want to. May be a surprise or a shocker but its not hard to comprehend.
you guys go right ahead and buy what motor you like and I'll do the same
For me B series..not because it fast or because it c00l but because I want to
</TD></TR></TABLE>
That makes sense...but at the same time doesn't make a bit of sense
Personally, (not talking about any one car specifically, but in general) a bunch of rare JDM knick knacks and goodies all thrown on (and they are usually thrown on) a car looks liked a fucked up overcrowded Christmas tree. Too much to look at and just doesn't flow that well...plus the whole execution usually gets a D-.

I read this thread day after day and it still amazes me how the bickering goes on. I dont get the jdm thing either. I cant figure out why people want to spend all that money on oem parts. I guess im to old and just dont get it. My std will remain a black bumpered std.

Good call. Execution is key. I'd rather have a clean USDM front end with perfect bumper lines, hood lines, fender gaps, etc, than a half-hearted attempt at bolting on a JDM front. Attention to detail is more important in my book than rare-ity of the part. I guess both is ideal.
