see if this was anyone other then my I'm sure there would be a huge E-fight going on and some people would get bvann'd or the thread would get locked.
But I like to joke around so I don't take it to heart.
But honestly I'm not spending "America" dollars on this stuff that I'm getting. Meaning a lot of times when peopel buy something from Japan and resell it (which is what most people see because they don't have access to some connection), they sell it for crazy amount of money.
I hardly spend that much on my stuff for one. The Rare JDM gather deck that I pictured was purchased for $45
I don't have a radio in my car anyhow so I thought well hell if I'm going to buy a radio might as well get something nice.
My Rare *** Yellow Recaro..I spent I think no more then $700 for. My rear seats $250. My front end $550, my door panels and power switches all connected like $250. So as you can see I'm not breaking the bank to buy this stuff.
But by all means I'm not trying to fill my car with a whole bunch of rare ****.

like I was saying before I tend to think a lil backwards my some standards.
I would rather have all the stuff I want on my car and a working motor (slow or not) then have a 'fast' motor but nothing to compliment it.
worthless to some but I purchased it for my enjoyment with my money and thats all the matters right??

or, you could have kept the stock bumpers and seats and had a swap for LESS money.
if your car was for sale and right next to it, there was a bone stock looking hatch with a stock B16. and they were the EXACT same price.....
i would go for the stock bumpered/swapped hatch.

its not only about motors. as i mentioned before, your car could handle a lot better too. it would also look better if you put a different set of wheels and quality paint & body.
think about it.... $1700 into paint and body on your stock bumpers, hood, spoiler, etc.
that would get you more 'points' at these car shows you love so much. because the car is quality.

Check your axles boots and ball joints. Have you had your rotors turned lately? could be warped, causing a vibration while driving. The only thing that could cause a vibration and/or rattle at idle is something loose on your car. Just give the entire car a good lookover. Your TOB might be going out. Does the sound change when you push the clutch in?

Hey its your money Vega, I'm just going by my own experience with the thought that if I had to do it over again I would have done it differently. I had a kit on my car and big wheels and all this other worthless **** on my car that had nothing to do with making the car more fun. To me making the car perform better makes it much more fun! I'm only saying focus on the performane aspect of things because I think you will appreciate it more in the end! This is just my opinion though so take it how you like!

That's just vega's style, man. It's a free country, he can mod his car how he wants. He shouldn't have to answer questions for doing what he does. I think that steering wheel is hideous, and I don't really care for the seat, but he does his thing and he's happy with it, so that's all that matters.

but having that power there never hurts.
I like to hit the twisties in my dads 93 si hatch (full omni suspension, ASR, ITR 22mm sway, brembos, stainless lines, Z6, IHE)
and I realized there are ways to make up for lack of power.....

yeah I know my car could handle better but that takes research. Suspension is not something I'm just going to buy just because it gets "point"
If I buy suspension is going to be done right.
Same with the motor. If I buy a swap I'm going to make sure its done right because that not just something you can grap a screwdriver for and remove like a seat or a radio.
