after inspecting the EF front crossmember and front LCA so you know how easy it would be to design a cast LCA that was a crossmemberless design?

not very hard.

You would still have to have a way to connect a rod to it for caster though! Unless you are thinking about making it like the DC/EG style wher it connects to the rear crossmember.

Also, for your painting you should have just let the paint dry normally without the use of extra hardener. By adding too much hardener the paint will be less shiny and lose its chemical resistance. Another thing is the reducer, there are different reducers depending on the temperature at which it will be sprayed. Keep in mind the longer the cure time the shinier the paint will be to a certain extent!

That would throw the camber way into the negative side if the lca were longer without changing the uca as well. If anything a shorter lca would be better to help control negative camber easier, but then you may have to make the axles shorter!

yes. and the +35 rpfs will clear with 195mm tires.

</TD></TR></TABLE>

Thats if u like the stretched tire look. It wont stretch a lot, but it will stretch enough to be noticeable. Remember, its a 7 inch wide rim and that almost always demands a 205 tire to look normal.

Just curious, what's the reason you'd want to have an EG/DC style crossmemberless design? Aside from clearance issues.

the 90-93 DA rear disc setup and the 90-91 CRX rear disc setup are the same size.

The difference is in the track width. The hubs on the DA rear setup are about 1/4" farther out on each side.

edit: if i got a close up of that black bracket on rickys hood and i made a bunch of those to be compatible with a cheaper hood strut off a 91 supra would there be any interest? just hte bracket, you could buy your own damn struts for it or yank em from a yard.
