i think it'll work.

I thought about that too but there are ways around that.

#1 weld the factory holes shut.
#2 re-drill.

I bought my CE's from them and it was cool...but ONLY because they had them in stock.

Ry, we talk about this all the time. No more discussion, no more fluff, send the letter from your Attorney.

so im guessing something like a PWJDM strut bar is a better option. is it better to have or not have pivot points on the strut bar? id assume a welded piece would be a lot stiffer... really looking into anything that will make my chassis stiffer. strut bars, X bars, roll bar, etc... </TD></TR></TABLE>

password brace is based of the carbing one
both are hollow
someone said in a seperate thread that he could actually bend the password one he had
can't remember what thread it was i actually think it was in the track/race thread

We already thought of that, the holes for the bolts would have to be altered

it's at the machine shop now! I can't wait to we how it comes out. They said they can do it and have done similar jobs before!! And no I'm not stitch welding. If I didn't do the whole car I'd call myself a ricer. LoL it's not a h1 car and I don't have a NASCAR cage so it's prolly overkill. And ya I'm having some work done to the im. Ported to a bdl 70mm

Okay again, thanks to Adam (redstandard) I am finally going to be able to move forward on some projects around here. I'll keep everyone posted once things are a bit more in place, but even without a K, I think -

"I'll have somes funs. Candy... Tastes like chickens, if chickens was candy. I'm Toki. I slips ins and outs of diabetic coma. I wish they made insulin flavored candy. "

Joe, again sorry to hear about the part out and I didnt have cash fast enough to pick up pieces I wanted. Got one baller at a time I can pay off, lol.

If memory serves me correct R and D is in Charlotte, NC. CRXToad lives there, and is a personal friend of mine. If you want Ry, I can have him stop by and see WTF their problem is. I am pretty sure that Chad Slagg that races H1, or at least used to race H1, had something to do with Rand D.

Edit: It appears Chad is a mod on here. I found his h-t profile, and appears active. I would give him a shot too. He has nothing in his sig about R and D so maybe he is not with them or affiliated with them anymore.

^ I recently moved to Charlotte, NC and can tell you that R&D is not located here. Theya are in SC. I ordered my Equips from them and received them quick without any problems, but, like with Nick, it's because they happened to have them in stock. I've heard too many bad stories about them when it comes to special ordering wheels so I would avoid them in the future.

Depending on what you want to do with the car, look into an SFI approved seat. If you plan on tracking it, an SFI approved seat will not require a back brace, but a NON-SFI seat will require a back brace.

What's the family ride for the car seat, stroller and the countless other things necessary for tranporting babies?
