Nope, But I'm not running just the 90-91 bumper. It would be hanging way out there if I didn't have an OEM aero kit front lip.

lol, there are some really interesting people out there. I have a few people I work with that really could use an hour of research on the internet before opening their mouth.

Yea it will probably work with some cutting and trimming. I had to cut my bumper support up to fit my IC because it's tall, if I didn't have a lip it would hang out the bottom as well.
I removed my grill and the bumper support is still intact just very thin up top where it connects and crosses over the IC.

It's possible that your short shifter is hitting the exhaust and causing it to pop out. Does it ever rattle when this happens? Really if the shifter is installed correctly there is no adjusting you can do. Hope that helps

How big is your intercooler?
I have a rather tall one on my car and it just took a little work. Here is mock fitment:

What do they drive?
My two closest friends are deep into it like me, one has a 1st and 2nd gen Eclipse and an EG as a beater and the other have a DC2, CRX and Ram as a beater.

Basically the following:

81.5mm stock block LS
Eagle Rods
Mahle Pistons
AEBS head studs
B16 head
Blox Type A cams
Rocket Motorsports valvesprings/retainers
Edelbrock Victor X intake manifold
Blox 72mm throttle body
RLD Fab turbo manifold
T3/T61 turbo (basically a SC61)
Full-Race backdoor intercooler
Custom 3" exhaust and 3" intercooler piping

My setup needs a complete overhaul, mainly in the block department, and I was having issues with head lifting last year so I turned the boost down, but the setup tuned by me on Crome made 433whp at 18psi.
