That is really clean. I wouldn't touch it. Only do certain things like replace every single bushing and rear trailing arm bushing, front and rear sway bars, very carefully choose a nice suspension setup (no made in taiwan bs), a good alignment, 90s era period wheel with some sticky tires, replace main fuel relay and other maintenance things etc...

I left the centers off. I stuck Honda center caps into the holes instead, they fit with a little imagination. I didn't powdercoat my caps so if I ran them I'd still have silver caps.

Yes they are correct. My db1 has the stock motor & trans and the rpms sit right where yours do. My da has a b16 with b16 trans and the rpms are much higher at that speed due to the shorter gears. Youre good man

Yea by the looks of the car man, I wouldn't be worried about anything being wrong with it. That thing looks really clean and very well kept

Recognize you from the ef sedan thread. Looking good. Welcome to the other side

Should I tint my front windows? I'm thinking fairly light on tint. Yes it is illegal to tint them but it looks so weird with just the rear done. I'd like to balance it out more. It's too bad the orignal owner tinted them. I really don't like tint much and it's too dark. I'm also not about to remove it as I'd hate to damage anything. Thoughts?

Yeah I miss my old sedan..... On your car I would tint the fronts since the back ones are already done...

Here's pic of my old EF I let go not long ago....

Ya I remember that one. Should have never sold it!!!

That RS should be a nice ride.

I'll never sell my EF sedan or the DB1 and DA9. My family calls me a hoarder. I call myself an enthusiast, lol.

Bond, Do you know if EF springs will fit on my DA? I have a set of lowering springs I got for my EF that I never used cuz I ended up using adjustable coils instead.... that would be sweet if they would fit haha...

Physically? yes

Correct lowering? probably no. front should be the same, but rear is different.

If you installed EF lowering springs on to OEM DA shocks your ride height will be all fooked up. I know that DA lowering springs in an EF make the rear sit crazy high. I'm almost 100% positive that the spring perch on the shocks is totally different. I'd imagine the rear would be dumped on EF lowering springs.

Thats all speculation from what I have tried and know. I could be wrong.

hahaa me too! If that were a short geared trans you'd be more around 4500 or so.
I posted a pic not too long ago, here is 75 mph at around 4100-4200 RPM. This is a short geared B16 trans

I like where I'm at. Y80 GSR trans puts me right in between both of those!
