Yea **** happens when you try to go fast, anyone knows that....
It gets fixed and gets driven again.
But I guess fast cars aren't for everyone!

That's why I stay slow, I'm able to drive it 100% of the time. I recently replaced my cowl with a new one, looks so much better. And no passenger leak!

In the situation of having a Non-ABS DA, I would get a brand new 15/16 HONDA OEM Master Cylinder with new remanufactured calipers, ss brake lines, rotors, and a good pad of your choice for your type of driving situation, and TIRES to match the braking power. A lot of people don't realize their tires are crappy, thus locking up more easier. If you want better brake feel(as in your foot pressing on the pedal with firm feeling and less effor),OEM Pad or close to specs, get new brake lines, new master cylinder with brakes bled correctly and making sure your actual brake pedal is adjusted and firm. Let's keep it simple for the simpletons here
So we're in agreement? Last time I checked, physics is real life.

Yes, in the theory of physics. I mean "real life" as in the situations I pointed out; tires, pads, brake lines, master cylinder etc....All the other variables play more of a part than the bigger master cylinder causing more pressure or available power to clamp the calipers onto the crazy rotor Let's keep all smart man that stuff for other convos, I come here to dumb it down with everyone else here and not deal with all the crazy stuff I'm doing in school.

yeah i agree with you. im only doing the bigger booster and mc cause im doing bigger brakes. i would never do it if i was doing stock calipers. i deleted my abs and on my first da i disconected the abs ecu and then found out the hard way that my car will slide very very far if i slam on the brakes in an emergency. at 40mph i slid about 30-40 ft into the side of an exploder that the dumb bitch driving had a stop sign but i didnt and she stopped dead in front of me cause there was traffic in the opposite lane. i ended up making $800 on the car even after buying it back from the ins company. damn i miss that car. only had 130k on it and had a beautiful interior. when it comes to your brakes you should do alot of research and dont mess with something that can easily kill you if not done right. never just take a guess when it comes to your brakes. if your going to disconect your abs, then do it the right way and swap over to a full rs setup. alls i had to do was extend the 2 rear lines to the prep valve. cost me $10 and about an hour in the junk yard for lines.

I had a LS and I have a beater LS also, it locks up way more than my current DA. Also, had legend calipers and 1' master cylinder and still locked up the same as my DA with ABS disabled. If you stopped at 40mph in a non abs DA, I'm sure you would of skidded the same way you did probably because of your tires and other variables of conditions.

ive have for some reason a love for yokahama avs es 100 tires. i bought 5 of them for my crv and when i sold my ef to my buddy a while back it had the axact same gsr wheels and avs's that my current da has now. this car has about 30% of the major components on this car are from either my first da or my last ef. these tires barely make a noise when you are getting on it around some good corners and they are great in the rain. barely ever had a problem in the snow on the crv. i drove home2 hours from the mountains with about 6 inche of snow fall down the highway doing 60. im curious to see how they do with these big *** brakes and booster setup.
