i'm not trying to be serious with the exhaust. almost every one on here has a clean Honda, but how many bosozoku have you seen? im trying to be as ghetto and crazy as possible with out going into the ricey zone. you cant get more jdm then bosozoku..... well ok, maybe you can, and you may not look so crazy doing it but, i'm having fun with this car....

and maybe the guy eating the pizza just knows how to get the most bang for his buck.

I personally wouldnt do it. Want to be different? Do a paintjob, maybe some airbrushing, some lowrider rims ? a different engine swap . side pipe exhaust? dont make it look like a car from the junkyard please. do something different on your own not some stupid JDM thing. Personally I can think of better things to be unique and spend money on.

i actually dont mind how the cable clutch feels. but then again most of my cars have had cable trannies in them (like 4 crx's, my da, and an eg hatch). but i was looking at the site that has info on putting hydro internals into a cable casing and just happen to have a ys1 tranny laying around in pieces and a gsr tranny that needs an inner casing so i may try that out. and mounts are a lot cheaper then.

Feels the same to me and there is less to go wrong, break, etc.
im pretty much the same way matt. i just wanted the gearing from the gsr tranny really.

haha, soooo true. my cable tranny i have now i only paid 150 and its damn near mint. i may end up giving in and just sticking with my ls tranny for now. who knows. i just want my car back together!

yes cable is cheaper but I almost need to have the gsr hydro gear ratio for my car for how i want it on the track with my size slicks. If you are going stock vs stock.. hell yes cable is by far cheaper and easy to find but i love my hydro trans setup and i didn't want to waste my time finding a ys1 case to do it all in.

if i didnt already have a ys1 case laying around i wouldnt even think about converting it all. but i happen to have one along with a gsr tranny for parts so im thinking about trying it just so i can save some money on mounts. but who knows, i may just say f it and buy the conversion mounts and save my time

I just want an ITR trans with the factory LSD and 4.7 FD. Cheaper to buy an ITR trans then to build my YS1 to similar specs.

I didn't plan to do it until reading about the Suja1 kit. All the other kits on the market still had a cable of some sort and that pissed me off. As for things going wrong, I plan to do SS lines so that takes care of one potential fail point.

Windshield is curved too and it's not that pricey. Defroster lines maybe?

At $1000, I'd just buy a FAL window kit.
