Is this an older HY30? I didnt know they came with a t25 flange and 7cm housing.... maybe im confused with the HY35... But yeah what is max hp capacity from this?
</TD></TR></TABLE>

It's off a 2005 Cummins ISB170 3.9, which is the 4 valve, 4 cylinder 3.9L 170hp diesel. I'm not sure how much power you can get out of it on a gas motor, but it's a small turbo and should spool really quick! I think it would be the same frame as an HX30, but perhaps with a smaller turbine, similar to the HY35-HX35's (can anyone confirm?) A little data from holset on the HX30 is here: http://www.holset.co.uk/files/...0.php

Has anyone ran a a intercooler from a dodge cummins?

Im looking at a H1C and intercooler that is in my home town. Trying to negotiate with the guy. He is selling it will a H1C and some intercooler piping. Both have a 100k on them.

Oh yeah, the H1C is like which newer turbo? I always forget... the homepage here should have a chart saying which is which.. would be so helpful to me.

What is max hp?
What is the exhaust flange?
What is a good price to ask for this?

Ran my h1c b18b at the track yesterday on 14" falcon zeix. 15psi

60'-- 2.1
1/4 --12.8
mph--115

The race was against a srt8 grand cherokee, it hit a 1.7 60ft time and ran a 11.89 at 115. It made me look slow

Just in case anyone is interested:

Got a Holset HX35W with the 12^ housing. been sitting in my shop for some time now along with 3 others, im selling to fund a Borg Warner S366. Id like to get $350 for it. It should support about 480-520ish hp. On my B20, it was building 18psi by 4500rpm. Comes with the factory Dodge compressor elbow and exhaust flange.

I dont see why everyone wants a smaller housing.

I run a 18.5 on my stock bore/stroke d16 and its just fine.

So what would any of you guys recommend in way of an exhaust? I've got a fully built LS with an HX35W, I'll be using a 2.5" APEX'i N1 exhaust and a 3" downpipe. Should I upgrade to a full 3" exhaust? or will it matter terribly?

every little bit will help...for example on my ls/vtec with the stock exhuast id see full boost around 5800ish....open 3" dp and id be there around 5k....and the lesser restrictive it is...the more power youll make at lower boost levels

You dont need to be baller to go fast.

I went 11.200 with a shitty ebay cast mani.

I'm with drumking15... huge gains are to be had ditching cast manifolds in favor of something that flows better. I see it time and time again.

but on a H? yes it works...but could it work a lot better...more than likely

espically with picky h22's that flow didly squat...a good eq length mani is harder to do esp w/ the hx35's size...but i wouldnt be surprised if you picked up an extra 50 or so hp...just from the switch

all im saying in general is that its creating a ton of back pressure in an already plague enviroment (h22 land)

Believe me im not arguing that cast mani's dont flow nearly as well as a tubular, let alone an equal length.

But basics do get things done.

I have no clue of the conditions of the turbos, both came out of running motors... The T3 housing seems to be in rough shape, the T4 looks ok.
$125 each? I have no idea what they're worth...
