anyone have a housing yet? lol

 

im going to weld a T4 flange to the T3 and drill it out so i can use a T3 turbo too if i need to. the T3 collector is abit smaller than a T4 collector would be. am i going to run in to any problems?

I too, would like to know. Of course it won't sound like a ported shroud, but hoping for a little whoosh.

I think you might run into a little problem if you try to run that turbo in its current condition.

 

I didnt even notice the comp wheel missing

 

haha yeah. finding a 58mm comp wheel has been a bitch. thinking about doing a 50 hybrid.

 

Just out of curiousity how much oil press. are you guys running on your holsets.

I havent gotten my oil restrictor back in yet, and I need to.
Smoking at idle a bit now.

 

Sorry to ask this without reading the last 20 or so pages, but has anyone dynoed a gsr/ls vtec with an hx35 or hx40 turned up to say 28psi or more?

maybe in a few months i can post a 25ish psi dyno of a GSR HX40.

OT: considering you are in CT and that your comp housing and valve cover's are pink, are you in Girlie Girl Racing?

 

The gsr motor is all finished. and got my new housing. having clearance issues on the compressor side though...

 

what are you going to do aboout your down pipe? what flange are you going to use
