I have not go one yet. I also have a -3AN line. I am still looking for one. Everything I have found says its a metric 12x1.5. I will try to confirm that. If it is I know you can get a -6AN banjo fitting that will fit that and then a -3AN to -6AN adapter.

Thanks man I have been reading the same numbers 12x1.5. I am going to try and find that fitting at NAPA tomorrow.

It is a H1c with a 18cm housing. I will be doing a QSV later on or swapping over to a 9cm housing since it is on a D16z6. I am only looking for 350-400whp. For now after some research on the diesel forums I am goin to block off one side of the divided turbine housing. In theory its just like running a 9cm housing since it cuts my 18cm housing in half. I have a guy that will machine a 9cm HY35 housing to fit my H1c if I cant find a 9cm H1c or HX35 housing.
blocking off one side is ghetto, causes extra backpressure compared to straight 9cm housing... not to mention an 18cm undivided h1c wont see full boost till at least 6k, buddy had a built y8 with an h1c, 12cm, didnt make full boost till well over 5k

Its not a undivided housing. Its a 18cm2 divided housing. I know its ghetto and thats also why I said it is only temp. I plan on replacing the block off plate and 18cm2 housing with a 9cm2 one. Its also same basic principle as a QSV it just dont open for more top end like a QSV. I have seen a few guys running the 9cm2 housing on smaller displacement engines and being at full spool by 3200 to 3500 rpm.

I have a banjo bolt thats supposed to be a 12x1.5 and that dont fit. I tried all the fittings at Lowe's and none of them worked. Oreilly's said they would make me a line with what ever fittings I wanted or need for it. I have the factory oil supply hose I am thinking about having them make me on to connect my Holset oil supply line to my fitting on the back of my block.

They said its $3/ft for the hose and $4 to $7 each fitting. Figured it might be the best and most simplest way to do it.

If NAPA does have that fitting please let me know. Also the part number would be helpful.

Some were 12x1.5, mostly the hx and hy. It either takes the 12x1.5 with an o-ring under the fitting or it's 1/8 bspt

Does anyone know if I am goin to be in the surge limit with the H1c on my setup?

So as of right now the following is my build specs:

D16z6
JE/SRP 9.0:1 Pistons w/ JE rings 75mm
Eagle H beam rods
Stock Crank
ACL Race bearings
RC Autoworks Mini Ram
Holset H1c
Tial 38mm WG
Custom 3" turbo back
Cometic 5 layer HG
Bosch 600cc inj
B&M AFPR
Aeromotive fuel pressure gauge
Wally 190 lph (had brand new one layin around)
-6AN fuel line
Precision Turbo FMIC
Greddy BOV
HKS EVC-S Dual stage boost controller (new style)
Chipped p28 tuned with Crome Dealer w/ Gold package (may end up tuning with Neptune)
Moates Ostrich 2.0
Moates Extreme Hulog
Moates Burn1
Innovate LC-1 w/ XD-16 stand alone kit
GM 3bar map
2.5" IC pipe
ARP Head studs
60mm TB w/ port match z6 intake
ACT Extreme Clutch kit 6 puck solid hub with 2600lb pressure plate
Moroso deep sump oil pan
Aluminum 2 core radiator
JIC Majic FLT-A1's
Aluminum LCA's with new ES urethane bushings
Nuespeed front and rear camber kit
Goodridge SS brake lines
B&M Pro shifter
Custom catch can with all -10AN fittings

Think of it with the 9cm housing cause as soon as I can get it on the way it will be. My buddy is just worried that I am goin to be in surge limit with it. My hp goals are 350whp to 400whp and the car will be a daily driver.

Dont look like my motor will even spool it until way to late. Dont think my motor flows enough to spool it. Unless the map I found is wrong.

Only readily available map is for the h1e. If you goto holset.co.uk and email them with the info off the serial tag they should email you a map.

It was only at 85ish duty cycle on Crome, my base pressure is at least 60psi. It's the same fuel system that made 650 on e-85 on 1200s

-10 feed sumped tank a1000 fuel pump.

I slammed this car together for ifo cincy. Looks like it's going to be rained out. But our local track is open tomarrow I do plan on going. Shooting for a 11.00@123ish tens would be a plus.

With the 5 speed cams it wouldn't fall off like it was. And would have gone tens.

don't waste your money on a bep housing...
10cm2 = .73a/r
9cm2 = .65a/r

So much for Holset being any help on the compressor map. This is the following message I received.

Hi Justin

Our compressor maps are confidential,

Please contact your local Holset distributor for further information, prices and availability

Thanks

So I emailed them back about setting up to be a Holset distributor. They take like a week to respond to any emails though.

If anyone else knows where I can get this map it would be very helpful. Other wise I will prob have to resort to swappin to a HY35 with a 9cm housing.
