Re: is street tuning with hondata necessary (Big Phat R)

I always think that street tune is more important than dyno tune for Hondata, since you can tune the partial throttle on the street (which I would say you are using 90% of the time), and can only...

Re: whp w/ toda A spec? (ITRinEJ1)

Not bad, but not great for a baseline with the mods you have.

How you find tuning the Power FC? Easy?

Re: Exhausts.... (zer0zer0 TypeR)

My Kakimoto R 70mm is not loud at all. The N1 look damn nice and if there is no bottle neck, then it is even better.

But after all, I think exhaust sound is all depend on personal taste. The...

Re: NEW T1R Products; Full 63mm Cat back system, New Quieter Mufflers, Resonated Test Pipes, Etc. (M

I think the muffler and the resonator are way too big, it wouldn't do good on the weight of the whole system and ground clearance.

But I guess if you want it to be quieter, that one way to do it.

Re: tein s-tech on stock shocks (speedevo)

They are good if you want to have a lower look and want to be comfortable drive around time. But if you are looking for some good performance, get something else.

Re: NEW T1R Products; Full 63mm Cat back system, New Quieter Mufflers, Resonated Test Pipes, Etc. (M

That depended on what the shop told you on the waiting time when you pay the $$. But for Spoon header, I always see ppl on this board have it in stock and sell for good price, how come you have to...

Re: Pic for those of you who bought my earthing system... (thaiphob)

Very NICE! I would definitely get it if you are too lazy to make your own and don't want to pay the big $$ for the brand name one.

But when I see the ads from those brand name wire, they always...

Re: NEW T1R Products; Full 63mm Cat back system, New Quieter Mufflers, Resonated Test Pipes, Etc. (M

To me, I don't really care what excuse they used. The bottom line is the parts didn't arrive on this as promise, which is always SUCK. http://rely.net/~htimages/smile/mad.gif

Re: ECU for 00 Type R w/Spec B's (sgT)

So if you have no dyno and Hondata nearby, then the Hondata is just as good as any other chipped ecu out there, right?

Re: NEW T1R Products; Full 63mm Cat back system, New Quieter Mufflers, Resonated Test Pipes, Etc. (M

I would have to say this is the #1 EXCUSE used by any import shop when the parts didn't arrive on time as they promised. http://rely.net/~htimages/smile/emwink.gif

Re: Anyone with Spoon setups (RagingAngel)

That's true, but if you want to run Spoon cams, the JDM ITR piston with a thin headgasket should give you more than enough compression.

With the CTR piston on such a mild cams, one may run into...

Re: NEW T1R Products; Full 63mm Cat back system, New Quieter Mufflers, Resonated Test Pipes, Etc. (M

Wow, those are big canister and resonator on the catback. How heavy is the whole system and will the big resonator has any clearance and bottom out issues?

I would like to see the ground...

Re: My newest JDM bling bling. (madx)

It's Spoon, so it has to be better. http://rely.net/~htimages/smile/emwink.gif

The Spoon logo that on the wire would give you 5hps along. http://rely.net/~htimages/smile/emwink.gif

Re: Anyone with Spoon setups (capcon83)

IF you want to run higher compression with the CTR piston, why bother with a mild cams like the Spoon one? Go with Toda B or C or JUN 3.
