Default ITR motor build input

I was thinking about doing some motor work this summer as well as some bolt on's in hopes to pep up my 100k ITR, but I'm not sure what to go with. Bolts ons will probably just be header, exhaust and cia. I was thinking of doing cams, cam gears, valves, springs and retainers. Is theres anyting else I'm going to need (vfac, ect)? I had a 96 gsr a few years ago, but never messed with the motor, so I'm new to this area of the car. I am hoping to make decent power, but retain some reliability since the car will be my daily driver. If anyone has any input as far as set up's, companies, ect. to help me plan I would appreciate it. Thanks

First Modifications. What to do first/next to my ITR. There is no best answer on what you should do (Many of these topics include replies to search and welcome to honda tech, pointing to research and leading nowhere or just personal preference). If you stay away from general questions on this topic and ask something more specific, you'll get better replies.
