Next mod???
Hey everyone, I'm asking this for my friend. He has a 01 ITR with AEM intake, DC Sports 4-1 header and 5Zigen cat-back. We were wondering what he should do next. I suggested some Toda cams or some suspension and brake upgrades. Since you guys actually own R's(lucky
) what do you recomend? Thanx.

Rims are a total waste of money.
Go with V-AFC, hi flow cat, and some dyno tunning.

But since your buddy has the i/h/e figured out, he should really get the vafc and some tuning to get some power out of that setup. I betcha ~5whp gain, and lots more at midrange. Stock ecu really can't correct for that crazy hump the aem cai puts out at ~4200 rpms. Believe me, I speak from experience on the dyno. And you could probably gain ~10 whp in the midrange and get rid of your vtec dip as well... high flow cat should be good for a few whp too...
Exactly Type Goch,
Driving school, Auto-X events, Track events, PDA/Time trails, Lapping days!
You will never get the most out of your car till you've taken it to the track "Especially The Integra Type R!".
If you say that you have mastered your and your ITR's abilities on the open road then you are a danger and menace to the general public. Not to mention taking yours and others lives in your hands whilst trying to navigate congested thoroughfares.
And yes I'd suspect if you were going to do any track events you'd need some new track pads, maybe some R compound rubber as well.
HP/TQ mods are always intriguing, "You can never have too much HP," But, if you can't drive correctly or handle the power then you've wasted your money.
Hands down best performance mod for any ITR driver: Learning to drive your R!
Good luck all,
