Ive finally decided to go all motor... Type-R (USDM) '98-'01

the motor swap is in-work and im looking for ideas on how to get more performance out of her after install. whats the first thing i should do? I'd like your guys' input... thanks

Since your dropping the block in already im assuming your not chaning pistons or rods?

So really if your not changing block internals or machine work you can do a little with thehead work. New valve train, different cams, bore out stock throttle bottle, intake, 2.5 header, 2.5 exhaust. Ecu with raise rev limiter + afc or hondata/standalone. get it tuned.

FAQ is good too.

Intake, Header, Exhaust, and wideband tuning (Hondata, VAFC or otherwise) should be on the list of things you do. Wideband O2 sensor will give you the ability to tune on the street, rather than spend money for dyno time every time you mod your car.
