First off i am a newbie here from the land of england so be nice

Right, i got a integra type-r (round light one) an import thats stock at the minute but i want more power

So, what do you think the increase will be in bhp with a remap, induction kit, full stainless exhaust system ????

I want it to get into the 5 sec 0-60mph range and have about 230 brake but dont want to spend loads

first let me say WELCOME to the ITR forum.

second let me say, you will need to spend loads to get 230bhp and 0-60 in under 5 secs. probably easier to get 230bhp than 0-60 in under 5secs due to traction issues.

the mods you listed arent gonna get you anywhere near 230bhp.

I dont want uder 5secs but IN the 5 sec bracket,

Also you wouldnt happen to know the stick bhp of my car would you ? i think its 197 but i aint sure

I am still a bit confused as to what i could get bhp wise without spending loads,

Also what differant models of the integra type-r were there ? did some have differant power

I'm at about 230bhp (flywheel).

If you search on my screen name there are more dyno numbers, so you can see how every mod helped increase power.

 

Most of the import community is focused on improving speed, there is tons of info out there. Read the articles on Team-Integra.net for starters.
