theres nothing i did wrong and i know what i doing it isnt exactly brain surgery. i spun the shock body as high as it would go up until it hit the bottom on the inside and put them back in and thats where it stayed.

I SRSLY HOPE YOURE BEING SARCASTIC, THAT WAY I DONT SOUND LIKE A BIG DICKKKKK
Youre an 09er brah. You dont know what you are talking about.

It is not "inconvenient". You loosen the 14mm LCA bolt--> shock and spin the base to adjust height. Top perch is to mess with pre load. If you mess with the pre load your ride quality changes.

anddddd ITS ON THEIR WEBSITE IDIOT.

The Function and Form Suspension system is designed to be lowered without altering the pre-load. Lowering any other way will void the warranty. Do not adjust suspension height from the spring perches. They are used to set the pre-load of the suspension. (Suspension is pre-loaded out of the box.) Height adjustment is done by rotating the lower mount up or down on the shock body. This can be done before the system is installed, but it is suggested that the suspension is fine tuned once the system has been installed.

Maintenance is a key component in ensuring that your coilovers last. Please check your suspension to ensure all rings, collars, and lower mounts are not seized. Dirt and gravel can cause rings and locks to get locked. Cleaning your suspension will help ensure that all moving components are working properly. Double checking occassionally to see everything is tight is also another good tip.
Springs are pre-loaded out of the box. Pre-load is set at 5mm. You can check to ensure that your coilovers are set properly by measuring the length of the spring. All springs are either 150mm, 160mm, 180mm, 200mm, or 220mm. Once you have determined the length of your spring, you can minus the length by 5mm. E.G. 180mm minus 5mm (pre-load) is 175mm. The spring should be 175mm on the coilover to be pre-loaded properly. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us, and we can verify this for you over the phone.
*NOTE: Suspension is set at the lowest setting out of the box. You will need to adjust the height to your desire and preferences. Please remember that the lower you go, the more stress you are putting on other parts of your car. Just a heads up!

im an 09NER? bitch stfu...does it look like i care, just i joined in 09 doesnt mean i dont know my **** about hondas "brah" i installed my coilovers and ive installed a bunch for other people you dont think ive figured out how they work? if the 2 perches are locked then you can use the wrench to spin the whole body without messing with the preload. if they are unlocked and you spin it then the spring either gets tighter uptop or its gets loose. from the image you sent us, it even says its designed for you spin the top perch when its locked so you can adjust the height without messing with its preload. it doesnt even say you "must remove the bottom the 14mm" to be able to lower it. its just one way to do it..... you have 5k posts PLEASE dont tell me you dont understand what im trying to point out.....and honestly this **** is so simple you people need to stop asking how to do it. just do it....once you get your hands on it, itll make sense trust me. i may be an 09ner but it looks like ive beaten you at adjusting coilovers...........and did you really have to pm for that? ....... honestly i hope you dont reply cause i dont wanna turn this into an internet fight over something this simple. you dont HAVE to follow those instructions, im sure they specifically wrote what they did cause they know there are stupid people out there who can ACCIDENTLY unlock it... i always adjust my coilovers with the top perch, it doesnt change the preload. i even took out the coilover the first time to check, spring was still sitting in the same spot with the same measurements as it did out the box. once you start messing with preloads you get how the thing works

^^ Nice EG bro!

Do you happen to have polyurethane bushings in your LCA's or anything that has to do with the suspension? Sometimes they will squeak like a bitch.

Clean coupe Boost!!

Any car that is all the way down, with inner fenders is going to rub. Mines only down a little bit and mine rubs on the inner fenders.
