Have any of you guys had issues with the rod ends wearing excessively after some miles?
Looking at rod end options it seems that its going to cost anywhere from 25-100 each for a US made rod end, and I'm wondering if the higher end stuff is even necessary.
Thanks for the replies folks. I was thinking of making mine similar to the Innovative design but change the radius rod design so that they're adjustable on the car, and changing the cross-member design a bit.

I FIXED MY SQUEAKY WINDOW TODAY!!!! lol
I got out of work very late today, lol. My driver window was developing a gosh awful squeal every time i wound it down. It turned out that a screw behind the rubber in the window channel had been working its way way out for who knows how long - and ended up wearing through the rubber and letting the window rub against the screw.
Kinda simple fix - i was able to get the screw back in, out of the way of the window, but it would be nice to get a new window channel rubber.
Damn - you guys are all on a level all your own - making radius bars, that damn fine k powered soon to be turbo ride, damn. i miss having a garage.

exhaust makes it hard to do, depending on the one you have. had plans with a shop to make one, but dp was too low. should be easier with a k series swapped car since the exhaust doesn't have to go under the oil pan

I have got to figure out a way to reinforce my pedal assembly. A friend that is into EF's started making his own hydro clutch conversion for his projects. So he threw one together for me. It would probably be fine with a less aggressive clutch, but with the dual disc that I have the pedal assembly flexes big time when the clutch pedal is pressed.

I have a couple ideas. I have some bolts that I saved from a Chevy truck that are heavy duty and plenty long enough to stretch from the dash reinforcement bar to the pedal assembly. I could get some pipe collars and maybe weld a bolt or two to those and somehow reinforce it that way. The pipe collar would clamp onto the dash bar.

I looked it up and you can fly in to Austin the day before and fly back the morning after on Southwest for $351.00 round trip..... I read this and had been looking at flights from OKC to Raleigh recently, so knew it wasn't too terribly expensive. I really need to make it down there for an F1 race.
First track day with the car! Running on old hard Azenis, so wasnt very competitive, but the car felt great overall. Cant wait to get back out there with fresh rubber! Ill have video soon.

Tires are top priority now..best run from this weekend. Had a ton of understeer due to old azenis being hard, cant wait to drive it on fresh rubber!
