Shifter is mounted, wiring to trick the auto harness in to thinking its in park is done, steering column is back in place, all the mounts are in and bolted down, coolant system is buttoned up, and all the tune up items are all done. I figure the next time we get a chance to work on it, we should be ready to crank it up.
It was awesome to see her back on the ground after reinstalling all of the suspension! Note the very unlevel ride height. LOL. We obviously removed a serious amount of weight from the engine bay with this swap. No more a/c, no more power steering, no more wipers, no more useless EF brackets, etc.

anyone having this same problem...

Recently, while i'm driving i noticed my RPMs would drop dramatically while accelerating. It would cause my car to make a sudden jolt then RPMs would go back to normal. It happens in neutral as well and ranges anywhere from 2000-3000 rpm's in any gear. It happens about 80% of the time when i drive and just started about a week ago

any ideas to why this is happening?

First thing that comes to mind is that your igniter may be failing.

I just converted by EF sedan rack from power to manual and also installed a crappy eBay header. I think the header wrap I used actually cost more than the header itself.

lol, pretty much the entire I reason I built a DX from my old wrecked Si. it now has ALL the Si parts minus the headroom murdering sunroof I always knew I'd eventually upgrade to some sparco's or recaro seats and the headroom of the DX was pretty much mandatory since aftermarket seats in the CRX tend to sit higher than oem.

-Good old BobFab! Is he still in an EF?

If we really get an EF DISCUSSION meet together next season, like the VIR thing.. we definitely need to reach out to all the old members. Time to make "Thee *Official* EF Directory" !!

well, VIR is expensive. just the patriot course was around $4500/day plus insurance plus flaggers and whatnot. we'd have to get quite a big group or have some high rollers like they do when the GTR's have their track day.

right now happy with having people show up and participate in the hyperdrive and circuitcross. i'm sure as time goes on we should have a bigger group and could possible rent the track
