Im looking into this as well... Is it worth spending around 400$ to get rid of the cable? may just lead to more problems.. may be mint and the best 400$ ever spent!

i dont think it'll lead to more problems...i think it'll be 100% worth it....i'd do it, but i dont feel like it until i break another cable.

I hate being the the early adopter for this, but my car can't shift and I don't really feel like doing it again. I'm sure it'll all make sense when the dash is out.

I have 20' of dynamat too that I got for a good deal. I wonder if lining my firewall will dampen the vibration noise from the motor mounts.... just a tad.

i wish i new more back when i had my old rex... when i totaled it i never pulled the arm rest only to find out later it was "holy f'in jdm rare"

CALLING ALL CRX FOLKS

went to savanah today....771 miles for a dash. IflySI hooked a brother up.

ended up with a CRX dash complete. a 88-89 crx bumper. and a passenger 88 CRX Door Panel.

I NEED THE DRIVER 88 CRX Door panel. No rips or crap.

Whatever year didnt have the belts.

Mine was a 14 hour round trip. Lol It had 40 test miles on mine before the group hit the interstate. hahahaha

Chase did AL to CA in his HF.



I probably don't have much to worry about, mine only has 118k miles and runs great. It might get boring with no radio, though.
