so i'm putting an Inline fuel pump on my car, and putting a tube in place of the pump.

anybody every done that?

hoping this package shows up before i have to leave on friday for ITR expo, in south carolina, because my pump wont hold enough pressure, and has sounded like crap since i ran at VIR, where it clearly sucked up a LOT of air. crap.

alright guys need your help once again..

Went to the track on sunday and was racing the car all day, on the drive home the car was bogging a bit at low rpms or when i was quarter throttling it. This car has never done this except sunday after the track.

For reference the only thing change in terms of tune up were plugs, and that was the day before the track.

Did i perhaps foul something up from the beating on sunday?

Hey man, not 100% sure on what your motor set-up is... b series? obd1?

Im sure you could throw the kitchen sink of ideas around.. I would check out your O2 sensor though.. maybe all that beating munged it up and it just cant read right.
Check the rotor in your dizzy.. and check plugs.

My obd0 b16 rex was running like that from time to time.. ended up being a fouled 02 sensor. Good luck and chime back with more info.

I would love to convert it to obd1.. but its just the beater, runs fine with one o2 disconnected. Honestly thinking of selling it so I can finish the neglected queen.

Its a fun toy.. but thats where it stops. Had fun throwing it together.. just cant afford 3 cars anymore. I hate selling cars.. I get attached!
I hate coming up with a price for something that I care about... tough.
Any round abouts on what a 23 year old rex with a b16 and some suspension should sell for?! Parting it out has crossed my mind more than anything.

I always make more money parting out or returning to stock.

so true on parting out rather then selling as a whole

two ways. If a person doesn't even appreciate or undertand the parts you have on the car they are not going to care about what those parts are worth only the car as a whole
so you might a well take the expensive parts off and sell separate and return those parts to stock and sell the car.

Thats what I'm doing

Ive barely done anything to my sedan aftermarket wise and Im already about 4k into it. crosses my mind all the time to sell it because paint is gonna add even more money to the project. If I sold it I would take off every single "upgrade", return it to stock and sell the aftermarket or Acura parts separate. If I sold it I would probably buy an EK coupe and if Im lucky have money left over

DON'T BUILD TO SELL
BUILD TO ENJOY

you'll never get the blood, sweat and tears spent on a car back

Agreed.. I dont want to sell anything, cars and parts hoarder. I just need funds to finish the bigger project. The journey will never end!

Anyone know where I can get some serious hardware for some of my suspension? I need a longer bolt for the rear LCA that goes through the sub-frame. need at least a 5inch long bolt, the oem one is about 4inches and splined, and the one MFactory supplied with the tie bar and LCA was only about 4.5inches and not splined at all.
Also wondering if anyone knows what would be better for running through a bearing. the splined bolts that are oem.. or a regular bolt that isnt splined?

I know these may be some tedious questions but I figure why not ask first. Thanks Fellas.

I know the guys with the ASR plate must have a pretty long bolt to mount that up.. maybe I could even just use those.. any ideas fellas? or any links to a good place for serious hardware? (not flashy hardware)
