What trans are you running? He had a longer R/T, lower 60', AND YET lower mph then you still took you...

Speaking of transmissions though, I picked up a GSR trans the other day in thinking I'd use what I was TOLD was an LS trans to swap the 4/5th gears into the GSR... Went and counted gears, turns out it's an ITR... Looks like I might be going a different route with that now...

b16 trans w/ LS 5th. since the track is about 2 hours from my house, i did 3 easy runs. i didn't launch the car and was granny shifting when i should have been double clutching...which probably would account for slow times. but i don't drag race, was just curious to see what i could run

 

I have been running the same walbro 255 in my Crx for 6 years and has run it to E line many times. Typically that's only about 9 gallons of gas though. I did push it once until it sputtered into a gas station and it had only used 9.5 out of the 13 gallon capacity! Was a bit confused, but I usually don't push it that much. Oh, and the thing has ALWAYS made noise. Everyone I know who has one, also makes noise. I find it reassuring when I hear it. Let's me know everything is going well. LOL

Dude Recaros are so comfy!! A friend of mine had them in her car, and I loved them.

 

I know only other real seat I've sat in other then recaros is sparco and I wasn't too taken away by them. Hopefully ill have some recaros by the summertime.

 

I have set in a few type of seats, the Recaros are great, Brides are super comfy yet the hold your *** in place!! haha Kirky racing seats are pretty comfy IMO.

 

Trying to get back up, sometimes its hard, ya 15x7+35, those are SIR knuckles with DA calipers and rotors (brembo with hawk pads), not to bad if i say so lol.

 

Man i hope my wedsports fit over whatever brakes i do, which at this point might be wilwoods. Im afraid the 43 offset wont cut it. But me loves those rims

Your car is like the evil step child compared to mine, with the murdered out and boosted parts. Both Black, Both rpf1's (bronze tho), Both koni/GC set-up, I have type-r calipers and rotors on oem knuckle with modified brackets tho.. I really hope my 15x7 +35 fit over them! Probably should test that out! I really hope one day our NY CRX's get to meet each other.

Ill look into it. Haven't seen dates for many events yet. If I can get my car together I hope to make it to a couple events outside the NY/NJ area. Canada is far, but thats a heck of a meet. Want to make it to IA too.. I need to search the event threads I suppose to find out when all this stuff is!
