I run skunk upper A arms too. No problems in 2 years. I haven't tracked my car but it has gone through plenty of mountain runs. I need to replace the RTA's on mine as well.
Does anyone have the address to Wes V's site? RIP.

The hardrace units use much bigger bolts to lock in the camber. Ive heard of Skunk2's slipping. I had the Hardrace pieces on my last car and never had an issue with 2 years of autocrossing/dd and one track day. The bushing journal looks cheap on the S2 units as well.

Here is the EF version:

Don't get me wrong...I think it's freaking awesome that companies like this area putting forth the effort in to make parts for us. I'm just saying I don't think this is the ultimate solution that some of the early hype made them out to be.
X2.
I still haven't installed my skunk front arms, and won't before my next event, but I will for the next go around. The best place to get my car aligned and corner weighted is 2 hours away
Either way, if I have problems with my skunk arms, you can bet they'll remedy the issue. I will be investing in those front sphericals though. Anything to ward off deflection!
Ninja Edit: I FULLY support Brian (he personally made my wing brackets), but Kiwi and his marketing guy are another story *shakes head*

I really need to find a place to get my car aligned and corner weighted. I dont think I would trust many alignment shops around my way. NY just isnt the place for Honda's.
Im thinking most of the skunk2 complaints are coming from people using them for everyday use and not keeping an eye on things. Im sure the "new" Kiwi made ones are similar enough. The slipping problem I think will be solved by those bolts Nick sent me. *EDIT: now that Ive seen the EF application, yeah, they look the same.. and the blue would have F'd my color scheme!!! whew!
Kiwi has a marketing guy? until last night I thought Special Projects was out of business.. someone over there should promote. I knew PCI was around.. didnt realize they were all together over there.
I sure wish I could open a shop making one of a kind EF/crx parts.. any investors?! I have ideas!
That is a good question, I havent changed the goodridge lines on lude in 7-8 years either!
I was thinking of going with Inlinefour.com's brake lines.. They come coated and look solid, price is about the same as earls or whomever else. Has anyone tried making their own?

So yeah, F*CK inline4.
Anyways
I thought about building my own lines, but didn't trust myself. I actually picked up mine from fastbrakes.com.

Yeah, I'm very opinionated today...maybe because I'm writing up my law final? Haha. This was back in 2005, but I'm still bitter. My father is a very nice man who was taken advantage of. Not cool. If you need a good shop in So Cal, check out Import Auto Pros in Westminster. David runs it and he used to be the head tech at inline4. He left a long time ago for obvious (to me) reasons, but always took care of my dad and his coupe since I live so far away.
F*CK INLINE4. My father got his swap done in his coupe (now mine) by them so they'd warranty the motor, a B18c5. The owner David had the cat installed backwards (minor) and then proceeded to drive my father's car around for nearly 900 miles and dirtied up the car pretty good. One of his very unhappy sales people ratted him out. Very, very shady person and if I ever meet him in person I'll have some words for him.
So yeah, F*CK inline4.

I think Ive ordered something from them once and no problems. Installs and warranty's can lead to problems though.
I really like those fastbrakes lines. they look similar to the IL4 ones but why do they only list rear's? or am I missing something?
My brake lines are Goodridge from tirerack. Not cheap, but as far as I know, there have been no problems with them. I haven't inspected them in some time though. Had them about 4 years
braided lines make me nervous. I was thinkin of sticking to oem in that department.
I didnt know hardrace made upper arms for efs? must be a new item?

Yup yup. I think they just went on sale a couple weeks ago?
My buddy recently let me test-fit his wheels on my CRX. Great. Now I have to get a set for myself!

And then these are the basic arms skunk offers:
I really like your rex, very clean, sits well! If I have to give my honest opinion, I like the all gray on your car. could just be the picture and angles though. Either way, nice ride.
whats under the hood? (If you dont mind sharing)

Correct me if I'm wrong Nick...but I think that equal length arm "basic" version is not an EF-application though? The one above that you referred to as the "race" version is the only actual EF version right?
Now that I'm looking closer at the Hardrace version...I think the tubular design will benefit when tightening the horizontal bolts (at the bushings) while it's bolted to the car. The Skunk2 version has those flanges at the bottom, and they really get in the way!
Thanks man. Yeah, I'm really liking the all gray ones too. I'm fairly sure I'm going to sell my current set and then get the all gray ones.
As for under the hood, I have a built D16a6. Dyno'd at 136whp, 120wtq. It will be turbo'd before I'm done with it. I have like 90% of the turbo parts...just been lagging on the last 10%. lol

I think your right, they have a tuner series and Pro Plus series for eg's, and Eks. They make Pro series for a bunch of models now but is the only "series" that offers an EF application.
Edit: Checked site.. true story. Same style Bj for both EF's.
The difference is basically the Tubular design. the Hardrace look solid but my only worry would be that there is 5 different pieces all welded together. versus skunk2 only using 3 different pieces. more chance for something to crack or a bad weld ruin a day. Im not saying that they are bad welders or have any experience with their parts.. I am simply just comparing some of the design characteristics. Im gonna stick to the skunk2 either way since I purchased them already and maybe Im just justifying it in my own mind but until I see actual-reviews I dont want to say anything negative about which is better.
Nice play on words.. turbo..lagging. haha.
