There is no difference other than the si bumper being paintmatched and having a lip. But the bumpers look the same physically

Well looks like the civic will be up soon. I am selling it in Autox trim as a beginner AutoX Package, too bad I never got to actually have as much fun with it as I planned but oh well.

My ads will prolly be up by the weekend, I dont think I have the heart pull pull it apart, but here are the details so far -

1989 Civic Si (First year for the Si)
JDM B16 & cable tranny
Koni Adjustables/Ground Control CO's 500F/450R springs
Neuspeed Front Strut tower bar/Generic rear bar
ST Rear Sway
Sparco Adjustable Driver Seat
Generic exhaust ending in Old School Trust Tips
Buddy Club Lightweight Racing Battery
Thin Quick Release/Generic Steering wheel
Mugen Shift **** Replica

Will be including -
Skunk2 Short Shifter
New Energy Shifter Bushings
New BLOX Cam Seal
New OEM VTEC Solenoid Seals
New OEM Honda Driver Window Gasket
NEW OEM Fan Blower Resistor
OEM CRX Swirls PC'd White
Original driver seat (tear in bolster and foam coming apart)
OEM Driver Seat foam to rebuild driver seatback

Also has aftermarket Power Window kit but crank mechnisms still there and has front and rear mudflaps.

Recently replaced with new parts -

Alternator
Distributor
Axles

Whole ball of wax I think for $4500, sound fair? I may include the 15" Rota RB's if they dont sell, but not sure and I have some little extras I may throw in as I find them. All fees are currently paid, but I have not had it smogged as I was planning to get it BAR'd. If a buyer is interested in doing that, I may be able to get a USDM B16 block to include for the process at an additional $100.

After as much hard work and expensive parts that I've put into my car I wouldn't sell it for less than 5k

Honestly I feel the same, but I can't be overly optimistic. CA market is flooded with hack job cars and Honda's in general. If I want to sell and see it go to a good home with good use, I have to do a price I think will move it.

And for all I have done, and am including, I think its a fair deal and a perfect starting point for a beginning autocrosser. Heck, it's 80% of the Redshift AutoX to do list, lol.

There is a lot more money to be had parting out EFs than trying to make money back on installed parts. No sense in parting out a nice one, though. Maybe just return it to stock and sell aftermarket parts. That has been the most profitable in my experience.

I know that is usually the case, but I am still sitting on parts to be sold and so far not much response - see my link, either no one has cash or wants the pieces cause there is soo much out there.

yea I've been trying to sell my built LS for almost a year now. lol everybody just wants the damn valve train. I'm not going through the hassle of removing all that just to have a useless chunk of aluminum sitting in storage and gaining a couple hundred bucks.

Very true. However, a 'nice one' will probably have a buttload of great/high end parts on it that wont fetch much if left on the car. I will be getting a taste of this soon..

That's because IB bought this site, and converted it to V Bulletin, and the search feature is a peice of **** now. That info is in the FAQ in the CRX forum though. You should probably just call Rywire, and by a conversion harness from him. Makes it allot easier. BTW I was just stopping by to say hi to my EF brothers. See you guys later.
