It's all about perspective. It's a business for the owners and sending views (aka $$$) to other sites is bad for business.

Good video ^

Random question, but does anyone here work for or has ties with NASA? lol. It's about time for me to start thinking of career paths since my first degree is almost done. Seems like most everyone in the private sector is suffering and with Obama in office...a lot of national defense firms are going to be taking a hit pretty soon.

No need to apologize. Honda-tech sucks in many ways now thanks to the new owners. The search function is completely useless.

I'm looking for a particular part and even added "" to see if I can find anything with that in the title...like the golden days, but no avail

I used to use the search function daily, and now I dread even clicking it, in fear of getting some useless thread from 2003 that only mentions a word I'm looking for but has nothing to do with what I need. Ht is basically a social networking site now, lol. I wouldn't call it a good resource for hondas anymore. Not that the knowledgeable people aren't here. You just can't find the info anymore. bah...I'm gonna stop before I get banned for badmouthing vB.

Hey guys, well forget the bulkhead issue. I ended up getting an inexpensive hood for $20 and since that was on I was like "WTF" I might as well try something.

PIcked up a dent puller, to no avail. Then I grabbed my prybar, rubber mallet and 2 ton jack handle and went to town on the driver side bulkhead.

An hour or so later, I had it pretty straight - I very much suprised myself. Worked the same magic on the passenger side (it wasnt as bad) and next thing you know I had my whole front end bolted back up.

The little trim piece above the bumper wasnt lining up as well as I liked so I had to fiddle with it to get it to fit. HOW THE HELL do you get the two bolts in under the headlights? I left them off.

I have to admit, it felt good working on the car after about a year. Since I was on a roll, I pulled my tails off (PO had painted the ambers red, badly) So I took some fine grit wet sand paper and went to town then hit it with a powerball. All the paint came off pretty well.

Next I have to change all the fluids, get a temp operating permit (non-op right now) get the seatbelts replaced at Honda then make an appt to get BAR certifed. I may actually get to keep it, so I'm taking it as far as I can before I have to decided.

I hate EF headlights. Such a pain to get off. I just pulled one from the wagon today.

That must have awful ground clearance and bad axle angles for him to get the USDM hood closed.

Just wondering if you guys have dealt with this problem. I went to the junkyard and saw an 88 crx unmolested with full interior. I got the goodies including the trunk shocks.

I go today to put the trunk shocks on my rex (90) and they look totally freakin different. Am I tripping?

this was his last car, what the engine came out of...you can see him in the top right corner

i just used my drum trailing arm and swapped disc and hubs!! I still never really figured out what was wrong with the others! arent all the trailing arms the same from 88-00??

well i know for a fact that DA trailing arms arent the same part number because the bushings are larger. but up until now, i thought that they all fit the same...apparently they do not.
