Ok so I didn't know you could mount it upside down. Now they tell me! Yeah it doesn't rub. I didn't grind that part, I just used a rubber mallet... a lot.
If anyone as an unbroken one of these things plz pm me. I cracked my cable mounts attempting to unhook the assembly.

Speaking of planes, just booked my honeymoon this weekend, 7-night mediterranean cruise, pumped!!
Also my KG is almost rolling again, the civic will be in the garage in no time

i have an 88-89 cluster currently. already using a 9091 hood. hope i can just swap the guts into each other and use the different front bezel pieces, or just depin my oem connectors to work. anyone know?
I got it from rexman. It's still on the fedex truck. I went ahead and got 90-91 plugs since they're nicer from the junkyard & the cluster mounts for a 90-91 too since 88-89 are different. Had to get a drivers side fusebox too. Damn. One of my feet was broken off. Oops. Got the climate control piece I needed too. It all came out to $30 since I'm an honest man @ the pull a part.

There are two in town. U-pull it and pull a part (the big chain store kind). Several ef's @ the big chain store, but I tried my luck with the older place today and got what I needed.
It's nice to have a car up and running again. I don't mean to brag but it's pretty dern zippy. I'm scared though that my a/c compressor (when i install a sanden one) won't fit with my header, which therein delays my pressing desire to get a tune in the hot-lanta. Anyone know why my car bogs at wide open throttle in any gear? I can record video if you want.
