I'M GOING F*CKING CRAZY HERE...
All the information I read says ALL '88 CRX's have 21 spline input shafts. Ordered a new clutch for my daily and it's a 20 spline. The guy on the phone is trying to tell me that '88dx and hf have 20 spline...only the '88si has the 21 spline.

The price is cheaper BTW. I was going to build a 220whp B. It was cheaper to make 220whp with a K. Plus it is stock.

All 88s are 20 spline even Si's. The guy is a moron. Some way or another your trans was probably changed in that car the last 20 years of it's life.

Either way I FINALLY just got the guy to overnight me a 21 spline disc. I've got both now and can return the 20 spline when I prove to the guy it doesn't work. Oy.

Your right. I just knew it was the goofy year. I wasn't sure what the goofy spline count was.
We're talking about swap price, not motor price.</TD></TR></TABLE>
So was I. I had a spread sheet on one of my computers calculating both builds. The K won out. It was like over a grand cheaper. If you want a B series swap that makes the same power, then you are going to pay more. If your not making 220whp, then you should probably just quit.
